Not every project fits a standard product, and not every one-off needs a custom mould. Our custom range covers the scopes in between — purpose-engineered precast elements that don't fit box culverts, underpasses, retaining, bridges, Transfloors, temporary works or cable trench, built where the volume justifies a dedicated steel mould. There's some natural overlap with our temporary works capability, and the same design and manufacturing process applies either way.
It's often a value-engineering exercise as much as a design one. Where in-situ casting is the default assumption, a custom precast solution can mean faster installation, more consistent quality, and less risk on site — worth considering before the pour is locked in as the only option.
We're also open to toll manufacturing arrangements for the right scope — production capacity available to run to your own design and specification.
