Capabilities

Everything here exists to make one promise possible: the 3C System — Compliance, Critical Path, Custom. Every capability below serves at least one of the three, and most serve all three at once.

Design. Compliance starts here: we've built strong partnerships with structural, civil and geotechnical engineers, including a design panel pre-qualified to VicRoads/DTP requirements for large culverts. The earlier we're engaged in your design process, the more effectively precast can be optimised for your project.

Mould fabrication. This is where Custom gets real: our in-house team designs, builds and modifies steel moulds in a custom-built workshop equipped with CNC machinery — meaning a custom mould doesn't have to mean a custom wait. We hold an inventory of more than 50 box culvert moulds covering every Australian Standard size from 300 to 4200mm, many built on a modular system for fast transitions between sizes and custom applications.

Yard & storage. Critical Path needs room to move: our North Wangaratta facility includes a secure, fenced 16,000m² lay-down and storage area — the flexibility to stage delivery exactly how your program needs it, whether that's stockpiling ahead of a fixed install date or holding stock ready for a just-in-time call-off.

Production. More of the engine behind Critical Path: a computer-controlled steam curing system delivers rapid early strength development, enabling next-day stripping and fast casting cycles. In-house lifting equipment handles elements up to 12,000kg, with external crane contractors engaged for anything larger. Our reinforcing fabrication team cuts, bends and builds cages in-house, including urgent turnarounds — keeping the whole production chain under our own control, not a third party's timeline.
