The Challenge
McConnell Dowell needed a temporary works solution to support the reconstruction of a ship ramp at Webb Dock — product that had to perform safely in a high-risk, live port environment, with no room for compromise on quality.
Our Approach
We produced shop drawings for client approval, then built custom forms for each element type to enable efficient casting and a dimensionally accurate, quality-compliant product.
The Outcome
All 6 custom L-walls and 2 end wall panels delivered on time and in spec, letting the contractor proceed with the works safely.
