The Challenge
Moane Fitzgerald had been let down by another manufacturer and needed several custom precast units fast, ahead of a critical rail occupation. A blown deadline meant real money — penalties running to $1m a day.
Our Approach
We fast-tracked shop drawings to the client's design and built an interlocking base-slab detail that saved the contractor time on site. Custom formwork followed, with units cast and ready for delivery just ahead of the occupation window.
The Outcome
All 12 units delivered on time, letting the contractor complete the works inside the allotted occupation.
