A major upgrade to a live, busy road meant the two major culvert structures had to be built in stages across several years — with complex design coordination, DTP proof engineering, and detailed logistics planning to allow off-truck installation in a live traffic environment.
Our Approach
We delivered a full design-and-manufacture solution, engaging DTP-approved proof engineers to give the contractor and principal assurance. Units were manufactured well ahead of schedule, with storage arranged for stages needed later in the program.

Structures delivered successfully for off-truck installation, staged precisely to meet the client's multi-year program.
