The Challenge
Eight large custom culverts, with no existing mould infrastructure to build from, and a tight timeframe to manufacture before a critical rail occupation on a key Victorian line.
Our Approach
We used our in-house mould fabrication workshop to rapidly build custom moulds for the crown units, bases and wing walls — turning a standing start into full production fast.
The Outcome
All units delivered on time to support the critical rail occupation, keeping a key Victorian railway on schedule to reopen.
